Desired Skill Set / What You Will Bring

• A strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies, Developing test scenarios and Test Case management
• Good understanding of Agile methodology & experienced with working in Agile/Scrum Development Process
• Experienced in developing, extending and executing Test Automation for UI & Web APIs using Selenium with Java/Python.
• Working knowledge of SQL scripting on any RDBMS
• Hands on experience working with any of the test management tools and application lifecycle management/issue tracking tools (Jira, Rally, TestRail)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• A good team player who is passionate about driving software quality
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

• Review PRD (Product Requirement Documentation) to analyse and comprehend the business requirements.
• Create, maintain and execute detailed/comprehensive test scenarios for all the modules under your ownership that conform to the acceptance criteria defined against a Feature/Story and own quality end-end for all modules.
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for all planned deliverables and proactively call out risks (if any).
• Maintain the lowest possible bug to defect ratio to ensure all releases are of highest quality standards.
• Identify and document all defects with attention to detail enabling easier debugging and resolution.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Development & Documentation teams at various stages to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Send timely communications about new product feature releases and work with the documentation team to keep KBAs/Product documentation updated.
• Identify any bottlenecks within the QA process and recommend improvements.
• Participate in all sprint ceremonies on a regular basis
