  • 1. Project Management and Delivery: Oversee the complete lifecycle of process mining projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget; own the daily management thru sprint planning, velocity & workload management
  • 2. CoE Support: Contribute to the establishment and management of the Process Mining CoE, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. Take professional accountability and closely collaborate with business partners and process re-engineers.
  • 3. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison for Business, project teams, and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
  • 4. Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of process mining analysts and consultants, identify skill gaps thru daily deliverable management, skill gap assessments, & providing inputs to leadership on addressing skill enhancement and / or people related issues.
  • 5. Process Improvement: Utilize process mining tools like SAP Signavio to analyze, visualize, and optimize business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • 6. Solution Design: Work with technical teams to create and implement process mining solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • 7. Analysis and Support: Analyze supply chain, logistics, production, or support processes with your team using advanced technologies and data-based modeling. Assist business customers in integrating real-time data into decision-making and process execution.


Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality for all deliverables, aligning with company and client expectations by employing best practices in project management and process mining.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on project status, insights from process mining analysis, and improvement recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Growth and Quality Focus: Support the acquisition of new projects and business areas, develop intellectual property, and integrate service offerings with emerging technologies. Foster a culture of Process & Operation Excellence through collaboration across the organization.


Qualifications

  • 1. Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 2. Experience: 3-5 years in project management, with significant expertise in process mining, business intelligence, and data analytics. Strong preference for experience with SAP Signavio / Celonis, Qlik Sense, Power BI and Alteryx.
  • 3. Expertise: Specialization in process consulting & management, technology consulting, data mining, business intelligence, big data, cloud computing, machine learning, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma.
  • 4. Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred. Additional certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or data analytics beneficial.
  • 5. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one tool: SQL, Spark, BI tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Qliksense), Cloud platforms (Google/AWS/Azure), or Process Modeling & Mining Tools (Celonis, Signavio).
  • 6. Additional Experience: Familiarity with process management, common programming languages (Java, Python), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), deep learning, random forests advantageous.
  • 7. Personal Qualities: High commitment, strong leadership, team orientation, analytical and conceptual thinking, goal-oriented, agile methodology, passion for complex projects.
  • 8. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
  • 9. Adaptability and Innovation: Flexible and innovative approach to rapidly changing project requirements and technology landscapes.
