As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential point of contact for our customers around the globe. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our international clients have a seamless experience with our services and products. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide feedback to our internal teams to improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably on an international scale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations are essential.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and other office applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
