🚨 Hiring: Inside Sales Executive | Chennai

We’re hiring on behalf of a German MNC for an exciting Inside Sales opportunity in Chennai.

📍 Location: Chennai – On-site

💼 Experience: 5–9 Years

💰 CTC: ₹12–15 LPA

🎓 Education: Any Graduate

⏳ Notice Period: Candidates available to join within 1 month preferred

🔍 What will you be responsible for?

• Manage customer portfolios and drive revenue growth

• Generate and convert new business opportunities

• Handle inbound leads and build a strong sales pipeline

• Conduct lead qualification, follow-ups and sales calls

• Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate customer and sales data using CRM tools such as SAP/Salesforce

• Coordinate with field sales, logistics, pricing and finance teams

• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

• Support collections and account reconciliation activities

• Contribute to digital platform adoption and process improvements

🎯 We’re looking for:

✔ 5–9 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Customer-facing Sales

✔ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills

✔ Hands-on experience with CRM systems

✔ Experience managing leads, sales pipelines and customer portfolios

✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach

✔ B2B sales experience will be an added advantage
