Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Tele caller of minimum experience of 1yr to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, promoting property sales, and assisting potential clients with their real estate needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen interest in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, including property buyers, sellers, and investors, to generate leads and set appointmentsClient Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer inquiries, provide property details, and guide clients through the buying or selling processDatabase Management: Maintain and update client databases, track leads, follow up on queries, and ensure accurate records of interactionsProduct Knowledge: Provide detailed information about real estate properties, available propertiesSales Support: Assist clients with property-related queries, schedule property viewings, and provide post-sale support as neededTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth handling of clients

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in tele-calling , preferably in real estateStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage and build rapport with clients over the phoneGood knowledge of real estate trends and terminology is an advantageBasic computer skills (MS Office, Excel , google sheets)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGoal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitudStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills
