Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory (AD), Domain Controllers, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement and maintain Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure authentication and provisioning.
• Ensure high availability and performance of core infrastructure systems.
  
  

Network Administration & Security

• Administer network devices and infrastructure using Cisco Meraki switches, APs, and Dashboard.
• Manage Palo Alto firewall policies, VPN configurations, and perimeter security.
• Apply networking principles such as VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, and routing to ensure secure connectivity.
  
  

Project Management & Migrations

• Lead infrastructure migration and upgrade projects with end-to-end ownership.
• Develop and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgetary planning.
• Prepare technical documentation, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain IT asset lifecycle management including procurement, tracking, and disposal.
• Ensure accurate inventory records of hardware, software, and SaaS tools.
• Coordinate vendor engagements for hardware, software, and license procurements.
  
  

Collaboration & Documentation Tools

• Utilize Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, JSM) for ITSM, project tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge bases, SOPs, and user guides for internal teams and end users.
• Ensure proper incident, problem, and change management practices.
  
  

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively under tight timelines.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  
  

Compliance & Professional Development

• Stay aligned with ITIL practices and audit compliance (e.g., SOX, ISO, internal policies)
• Maintain security standards and ensure best practices across all IT operations.
