KCIC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to oversee the entire employee lifecycle for our facility management and operational teams. You will be responsible for high-volume recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and health and safety, ensuring optimal staffing and seamless client delivery across sites. [1, 2, 4, 5]

- Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, proficiency in HR software/MS Office, and excellent conflict resolution skills. [, 2, 3]
