End-to-End Recruitment: Drive hiring for corporate functions (sales, finance, legal, project management) and site teams (site engineers, project supervisors, safety officers).
Manpower Planning: Collaborate with project heads to forecast labor and staff requirements across multiple real estate or construction sites.
Performance & Appraisal Management: Design and implement Key Result Areas (KRAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and periodic performance appraisal cycles.
Compensation & Payroll: Oversee monthly payroll inputs, salary structures, incentives, and site-specific allowances in coordination with finance.
Office & Site Administration: Supervise day-to-day office operations, housekeeping, security, transport/travel logistics, and asset management.
Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers for site security, maintenance, housekeeping, and office supplies.
Facility Upkeep: Ensure smooth functioning of corporate branch offices as well as site-level engineering/sales offices.
3. Statutory & Labor Law Compliance
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), gratuity, and bonus acts.
Site Labor Compliance: Monitor contractor and sub-contractor worker documentation, safety compliance, and statutory records specific to construction/real estate sites.
Audits & Documentation: Maintain digital and physical employee files, statutory registers, and audit-ready HR/Admin documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA in Human Resources, Industrial Relations (IR), or Masters in Business Administration.
Experience: 18 to 25 years of progressive HR and administration experience, with prior exposure to real estate, construction, or heavy service-oriented industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)( ZOHO) Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office/Google Workspace
