• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA.
• Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and backup and recovery strategies.
• Experience in managing and maintaining Oracle Applications environments to ensure optimal system availability.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline database administration tasks.
