Title: Consultant, OT Cybersecurity

Work You'll Do

Support delivery of OT and ICS cybersecurity engagements, including assessments and solution design and implementation support, under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Support OT cybersecurity risk and gap assessments across manufacturing, industrial, utilities, energy, or similar environments.
• Assist in designing and implementing OT security solutions, including asset inventory, network monitoring, segmentation, and secure remote access.
• Perform data collection, documentation, and analysis to support assessments and client deliverables.
• Support proposal development and client presentation materials under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with client technical teams and internal engineering, network, cloud, and cybersecurity teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of methodologies and lessons learned.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in OT, ICS, industrial cybersecurity, or a related field (relevant internship or academic experience considered for entry-level candidates).
• Foundational knowledge of OT devices, network architectures, and industrial protocols.
• Exposure to at least one of the following:
• OT asset management
• OT network segmentation
• Secure remote access
• OT monitoring or IDS
• OT Automation solutions
• OT incident response
• IoT security
• SCADA/ICS security
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity platforms such as Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, or equivalent is a plus.
• Basic familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to use GenAI and agentic AI tools to support research, documentation, and analysis tasks, with appropriate validation and oversight.
• Willingness to learn and work under guidance in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel based on client requirements.
• Strong interest in building a career in OT/ICS cybersecurity consulting.
  
  

Preferred:

• Certifications, or progress toward certifications, such as ISA/IEC 62443, Security+, or GICSP.
• Internship, academic project, or work experience in Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products.
