We are currently seeking a Business Consulting- Successfactor Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SuccessFactors architecture design and roadmap planning to optimize system performance.
• Define and implement integration strategies using Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and third-party applications.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning.
• Provide technical leadership on integration best practices, system security, and compliance standards.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance internal expertise in SuccessFactors capabilities.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and enhancement recommendations.
• Stay up to date with SuccessFactors roadmap, release updates, and industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive experience in SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Integration Center, OData APIs, and middleware platforms ( CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Familiarity with HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and integration workflows.
• Experience in data migration, security protocols, and role-based permissions in SuccessFactors.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules (preferred).
