Drives, designs and formalizes Business requirements focused on procurement projects and run processes, and continuously strives to improve them. Participates in project/run status meetings, aiming to adhere to the agreed-upon timeliness in regard to process improvement, compliance, quality and efficiency. Develops relationships with stakeholders.May lead and/or provides support to other team members in resolving operational issues within own process expertise.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Role Overview•Supports project coordination•Provides Procurement process service delivery as per scope to meet specific KPIs (where applicable)•Supports delivery of Procurement services into the Business•Creates and maintains process documentation•Maintains a proactive working attitude towards Business Stakeholders•Has basic knowledge of the stakeholder community within the work perimeter•Manages relationships with stakeholders•Understands P2P processes •Has knowledge about cross-functional work•Monitors process adherence across work perimeter and escalates as needed •Coordinates/supports junior professionals in process adherence and problem solving•Identifies, reports and participates in process improvements implementationGeneral Responsibilities / Accountabilities•Responsible for Procurement support process service delivery•Ensures the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with procedures and KPI targets (where applicable)•Responsive to stakeholders in solving day-to-day activities•Responsible for formalizing and documenting business requirments•Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation•Accountable for process compliance within the work perimeter•Responsible for a stakeholder-focused service requests•Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve common goals•Provides subject matter expertise as needed by other team members•Supports junior professionals in day-to-day activities •Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function•Demonstrates data-centric approach and applies it in decision-making processes•Acts in alignment with overall procurement policies and processes•Helps the team to achieve common goals•Proactively shares knowledge on P2P procedures with other support service delivery team members•Continually seeks out ways to improve stakeholders satisfaction•Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes •Supports transformation projects activities
