Job Description
Drives, designs and formalizes Business requirements focused on procurement projects and run processes, and continuously strives to improve them. Participates in project/run status meetings, aiming to adhere to the agreed-upon timeliness in regard to process improvement, compliance, quality and efficiency.ÃÂ Develops relationships with stakeholders.May lead and/or provides support to other team members in resolving operational issues within own process expertise.

Role Overviewâ¢Supports project coordinationâ¢Provides Procurement process service delivery as per scope to meet specific KPIs (where applicable)â¢Supports delivery of Procurement services into the Businessâ¢Creates and maintains process documentationâ¢Maintains a proactive working attitude towards Business Stakeholdersâ¢Has basic knowledge of the stakeholder community within the work perimeterâ¢Manages relationships with stakeholdersâ¢Understands P2P processes â¢Has knowledge about cross-functional workâ¢Monitors process adherence across work perimeter and escalates as needed â¢Coordinates/supports junior professionals in process adherence and problem solvingâ¢Identifies, reports and participates in process improvements implementationGeneral Responsibilities / Accountabilitiesâ¢Responsible for Procurement support process service deliveryâ¢Ensures the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with procedures and KPI targets (where applicable)â¢Responsive to stakeholders in solving day-to-day activitiesâ¢Responsible for formalizing and documenting business requirmentsâ¢Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentationâ¢Accountable for process compliance within the work perimeterâ¢Responsible for a stakeholder-focused service requestsâ¢Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve common goalsâ¢Provides subject matter expertise as needed by other team membersâ¢Supports junior professionals in day-to-day activities â¢Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the functionâ¢Demonstrates data-centric approach and applies it in decision-making processesâ¢Acts in alignment with overall procurement policies and processesâ¢Helps the team to achieve common goalsâ¢Proactively shares knowledge on P2P procedures with other support service delivery team membersâ¢Continually seeks out ways to improve stakeholders satisfactionâ¢Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes â¢Supports transformation projects activities
