As a Procurement Analyst in the Danfoss Drives Procurement Excellence Team, you’ll be at the heart of driving operational efficiency and supplier collaboration. Your analytical insights and proactive mindset will help streamline procurement processes, resolve challenges, and enhance data-driven decision-making. By contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in shaping a smarter, more agile procurement function that supports our global business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting procurement operations across business units to ensure smooth P2P (Procure-to-Pay) workflows.
• Managing purchase orders, vendor communications, RTVs, and system updates including delivery tracking, pricing, and material master data.
• Resolving receiving and invoice discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and warehouses.
• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to deliver actionable insights.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and effective vendor management.
• Leading initiatives for process improvement, problem-solving, and procurement excellence.
• Acting as a super user for procurement systems and handling ad-hoc reporting needs.
  
  

What Were Looking For
About
We’re seeking a growth-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about procurement excellence. You’ll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a master’s in supply chain, procurement, or business administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
