Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving IBMS (Integrated Building Management System), CCTV (Closed Circuit Television), FAS (Fire Alarm System), BMS (Building Management System), ACS (Access Control System), and related security & safety solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and documentation.
  • Supervise site activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of IBMS, CCTV, FAS, BMS, and ACS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead regular project meetings, providing updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of equipment and materials, ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Facilitate training and support for end-users during and after project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management for ELV systems (IBMS, CCTV, FAS, BMS, ACS).
  • Strong technical knowledge of security, surveillance, and building management systems.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes/regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA, local building codes).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management/software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2 or similar).
  • Experience working in large commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
