Odoo Functional Analyst (225-612)

An Odoo Functional Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing business processes by facilitating the integration and customization of the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position requires a professional who can work closely with department leaders to analyze needs and identify solutions that Odoo can provide to streamline operations and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the various modules within Odoo and be able to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Additionally, Odoo Functional Analysts are responsible for training staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all system implementations align with company goals and strategies. They act as the liaison between the technical development team and end-users to ensure the systems provide the needed functionality and resolve any technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify system requirements and enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand and document business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the Odoo ERP system.
• Oversee Odoo system implementations and customizations to meet identified needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules and functionalities.
• Experience with business process analysis and translating needs into solutions.
