Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Associate to join our team at Fluxus Elevators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and on-field sales to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and generate leads through site visits, networking, and referrals

✔ Promote Fluxus Elevators products and AMC services to builders, architects, and facility managers

✔ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

✔ Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups

✔ Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets

✔ Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

✅ Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any field (Engineering/Marketing background preferred)

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Own vehicle preferred)

✅ Prior experience in field sales, elevators, construction, or real estate is a plus

✅ Target-driven individuals who can work independently
