Sales Executive

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp and email to understand their requirements.
• Qualify enquiries and identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with assigned leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Design team for suitable solutions and quotations.
• Prepare and share quotations and follow up until order closure.
• Maintain timely follow-up with all assigned leads.
• Update lead status, customer details and follow-up activities in the CRM/sales tracker.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Installation and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits whenever required.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Follow up on outstanding payments wherever required.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and MIS.
  
  

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
• Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/sales tracking.
• Experience in B2B sales, furniture, interiors, retail or similar industries will be an advantage.
