Your Role And Responsibilities

Web Publishing Associate will support the Web Publishing Team with web page creation and updates.

Primary Responsibilities Are

• Support web manager in creating, editing, publishing, updating and retiring website content working within our web platforms in support of core organizational partners:
• Advisor Marketing
• Performance Marketing
• Event Marketing
• Partner Programs
• Paid Marketing
• Content & PR
• Creative & Brand
• Utilize modern web best practices in design, SEO, image optimization, site speed and URL redirects.
  

The team members that Web Publishing Associate will work with on a regular basis include: (1) Web Manager on day-to-day web publishing needs (2) Marketing Operations Associates, Regional Marketing Specialists and Regional Marketing Managers for regular updates to advisor team-related content (3) Event Marketing Manager and Event Marketing Specialists for regular updates to prospecting events

Job Functions

• Timely and accurate web updates and new asset creation for organizational stakeholders.
• Understand and use our CMS and other web publishing platforms.
• Understand content publishing processes and procedures, as well as organizational goals
• Understand our brand guidelines and how to apply them to our web products.
• Assist with optimizing website for speed, accessibility and SEO
• Update SEO metatags, alt IDs and URLs.
• Optimize images and page components for speed.
• Follow WCAG AA accessibility standards for web publishing content.
• Ideation and organization
• Create new web assets from parameters given by organizational stakeholders
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders about deadlines and needed resources
• Document and implement changes to web publishing processes.
