System Admin Internship In Bangalore

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Providing support on the Windows platform.
• Working on the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows 7 / Windows 8 and Windows 10.
• Troubleshooting problems with all model desktop & laptop hardware and OS configuration of drivers & devices.
• Working on the configuration of the new user PC & profile, IP address, and LAN.
• Working on troubleshooting, installing, and configuring mail clients like MS Outlook, and troubleshooting mail issues.
• Solving internet-related problems: configuring basic TCP/IP settings.
• Working on user account creation, user account deletion, and modifying users assigned permissions.
• Working on remote management through TeamViewer, VNC, & remote desktop to resolve Windows and software issues.
• Working on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network printers.
• Installing and upgrading hardware and software components.
• Taking care of all the internal office software’s support.
• Providing technical support to remote users.
