As a core member of our team, youll collaborate closely with game designers and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of math models. Your expertise will help clear roadblocks and drive the development of exceptionally detailed and well-documented game logic. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about mathematics and eager to compete in the fast-paced gaming industry.

What Youll Do

• Build, validate, and document math models and simulations for Aristocrat slot games.
• Collaborate with game designers to refine and tune math models.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of games by solving math problems and sharing knowledge.
• Develop and maintain well-documented Excel math models and programs in C/C++/C# or a similar language.
• Communicate effectively with game designers and engineers to resolve analytics discrepancies.
• Produce technical documents and flow charts to support game development.
• Apply your strong attention to detail and outstanding written communication skills.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a mathematician with a programming background in crafting math models and game simulations.
• Strong expertise in Combinatorics, Probability Theory, and Statistics.
• Proficiency in Excel and object-oriented programming languages such as C/C++/C#.
• Experience with slot game math is a significant plus.
• Prior experience in the mobile/web gaming industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and working in product-based companies is a plus.
• Ability to build detailed technical documents and communicate complex ideas clearly.
