PwC seeks an experienced Senior Manager with deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and full-stack technology solutions. This strategic role involves designing, implementing, and managing advanced agent-based AI solutions and generative architectures integrated with modern web and API technologies. With 15+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will lead innovation, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with PwCs strategic digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Generative & Agentic AI Architecture

• Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative Generative and Agentic AI solutions.
• Integrate advanced AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, ML algorithms, and Agentic design patterns, into enterprise platforms.
  
  

Full Stack & Integration Technologies

• Architect and oversee the development of comprehensive full-stack solutions including Web Apps, API integrations.
• Implement efficient API integration patterns and event-driven architectures for scalable data processing and interaction.
  
  

Technical Leadership

• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, including AI specialists, data scientists, developers, and architects.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sophisticated AI-driven technical solutions.
  
  

Innovation & Strategic Development

• Evaluate cutting-edge Generative AI, Agentic, and full-stack technologies, driving innovation and strategic advancements within PwC.
• Develop and implement a clear strategic roadmap for AI deployment, adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
  
  

Optimization & Automation

• Develop and implement automated workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and AI operations frameworks (MLOps/LLMOps).
• Monitor and optimize performance, ensuring system scalability, reliability, and accuracy.

• Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices, data privacy regulations, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Information Technology, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in AI, ML, enterprise architecture, and full-stack technologies, with significant experience in Generative and Agentic AI.
• Extensive knowledge of AI frameworks and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, Azure OpenAI, GPT models, Llama, etc.).
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying agent-based AI systems and architectures.
• Strong experience with full-stack technologies including WebApps, API integration patterns, Service Bus, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C#, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.
• Strong cloud architecture experience, especially Azure (AWS/GCP knowledge desirable).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOps/LLMOps tools.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, mentoring, and collaboration abilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with ArcGIS Enterprise and spatial data analytics.
• Certifications in AI solution architecture or cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., Azure AI Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with additional platforms and technologies such as Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow.
