As a Field Dispatch at Ericsson, you will be an integral part of our operations, serving as a key support function for all field activities. Your focus will be to properly route and load field forces to ensure optimum utilization and productivity. You will often interact with various field-based job roles to schedule and adjust work assignments. By expediting work orders, youre not just organizing tasks - youre shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and manage work orders.
• Handle work order escalations and conduct evaluations.
• Secure and manage physical site access.
• Escalate site security incidents when necessary.
• Undertake spare part coordination.
• Activate escalation procedures to obtain necessary spare parts.
• Track and manage customer incidents.
• Manage functional escalation of customer incidents.
