Senior Associate - Senior Fullstack Developer

Job Purpose

Lead the maintenance, enhancement, and development of the AIP platform using modern web technologies. The role involves implementing robust frontend and backend solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and ensuring optimal performance of the platform to meet business requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills And Experience

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field

 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on web applications

 Strong proficiency with React or Next.js for frontend development

 Strong knowledge of Nest.js and TypeScript for backend development

 Demonstrable experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and project management

 Hands-on experience implementing and integrating Azure OpenAI services

 Experience with RESTful API design and implementation

 Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)

 Proficiency with Git version control

 Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments

 Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Nice to have:

 Ability to read and write Arabic

 Experience with Playwright for automated testing and RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

 Prior work experience in a multi-cultural environment

 Background in AI/ML integration into web applications

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the existing AIP platform codebase, ensuring high code quality and performance
• Design, develop, and deploy new features for the AIP platform using React/Next.js for frontend and Nest.js/TypeScript for backend
• Integrate and optimize Azure OpenAI services within the platforms architecture
• Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments
• Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Implement and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure application reliability
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives following Kanban methodology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features
• Monitor application performance and optimize where necessary
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and systems
