Intelligent Automation Architect (Azure, Pendo, Full-Stack, GenAI, Power Platform)

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade automation solutions on Azure, focusing on system orchestration, scalability, and security. Drive intelligent automation strategies by integrating data pipelines, workflows, and services across cloud-native environments and enterprise platforms. Leverage Pendo to enable user-centric automation through in-app guidance, usage analytics, feedback loops, and product adoption insights. Architect and implement full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, and SQL, integrating with APIs, databases, and cloud services. Collaborate with teams to explore and integrate Generative AI capabilities using OpenAI APIs where applicable to enhance automation outcomes. Use Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages) selectively to extend automation capabilities and accelerate delivery.

Knowledge And Experience

Deep experience as an Automation Architect, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale automation systems on Azure, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Data Factory, and API Management. Practical expertise in Pendo for user behavior analytics, product experience orchestration, and engagement optimization. Full-stack development skills using Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with the ability to build integrated and maintainable applications across cloud environments. Familiarity with Generative AI models and APIs, particularly for use in intelligent automation workflows and user interaction. Working knowledge of Power Platform tools and their integration with broader automation architectures.

Skills

Strong architectural and solutioning abilities focused on cloud-based automation using Azure services. Expertise in implementing product analytics and UX-driven automation via Pendo. Proven development skills in full-stack frameworks and scripting languages. Understanding of AI-driven automation opportunities and their real-world integration constraints. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical teams.
