Coordinate end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives across business and engineering, including detailed rollout plans, timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate adoption through awesome communications & networking, structured change management, a champions network, office hours, and feedback loops; remove blockers and drive consistent practices across teams.
Establish and run centralized intake and prioritization workflows for AI initiatives, ensuring proposals are evaluated for business impact and technical feasibility.
Develop high-quality training materials (playbooks, guides, documentation) and deliver engaging training presentations (workshops, roadshows) tailored to business and engineering audiences.
Set up systems to monitor impact and usage of AI tools, including telemetry, dashboards, adoption baselines, and outcome-focused measurement to inform continuous improvement.
Coordinate pilots of emerging AI approaches, capture results objectively, and make data-driven recommendations for broader rollout; ensure smooth transitions from pilot to production.
Partner with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance to operationalize governance guardrails and ensure adherence to privacy, security, ethical AI, and intellectual property policies.
Maintain an authoritative internal knowledge base for AI standards, , FAQs, and success stories to drive repeatability and shared understanding.
Communicate progress and outcomes to executive leadership, clearly articulating value, risks, and recommended next steps; influence decisions. ---
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years in technology enablement, digital transformation, or practice leadership within a software development company, with a strong track record of rolling out new tools and workflows to employees.
Demonstrated experience and passion for implementing AI solutions for both business employees and engineering employees, including hands-on familiarity with engineering & enterprise AI tools.
Proven ability to create high-quality training materials and deliver compelling training presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
Exceptional communication skills ; comfortable interfacing with senior leaders while coordinating cross-functional execution.
Strong program management and change management skills, including prioritization, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Business-first mindset with the ability to tie initiatives to tangible outcomes such as productivity, efficiency, quality, and client impact.
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial technology, wealth management, or broader financial services.
Familiarity with modern software development practices and toolchains (e.g., CI/CD, cloud platforms) and how AI augments engineering workflows.
Experience instrumenting usage analytics, defining adoption baselines, and translating insights into action plans.
Experience establishing a Center of Excellence or driving large-scale adoption of new practices.
Contributions to internal communities of practice or thought leadership on responsible AI adoption and enablement.
