Role Overview

The Product Manager will lead the development and success of data-driven products in the automotive sector. This role focuses on creating commercially viable solutions that scale across OEMs, dealers, marketplaces, and partner ecosystems.

You will own the product roadmap, technical architecture, and customer delivery, ensuring that every solution delivers measurable business impact. The goal is to position JATO as the leading provider of automotive data, insights, and solutions.

As Product Manager, you will drive the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and planning to implementation, launch, and customer rollout—while ensuring smooth transition into support and maintenance. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in data products, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.

Success in this role depends on fostering collaboration and bringing together the right people for each program of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap definition to launch and optimization
• Define and execute a clear, data‑driven product vision aligned to business goals
• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable data platforms, pipelines, and integrations
• Translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements and priorities
• Lead agile delivery and cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Data, and Customer Success
• Drive product adoption, performance, and stakeholder communication while ensuring governance and compliance

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years delivering technology or data products from concept to launch in distributed, fast‑paced environments
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, and data‑driven solutions
• Experience working in the Automotive industry

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
• Solid knowledge of data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, cloud technologies, and integrations
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and project planning software
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including senior leadership engagement
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage ambiguity, and support product launches and enablement
