As a SAP S4 HANA FICO Functional Manager, Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops, conduct the assessments for a Brownfield, Blue field SAP implementation, mainly responsible to design, build & support the SAP-based ERP solutions; lead analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO,CFIN,TR, ICMR area, in collaboration with the engagements/clients finance team; Manage teams, Conduct structured testing with users, automation of solutions; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and deliver quality consistently, collaborate with multiple workstreams, develop solutions which are cost effective while also meeting user requirements, able to progress quickly in a very dynamic and complex environment and also willing to travel.

Required Experience

• Strong experience in S4 HANA migration projects - Brownfield and Bluefield implementations.
• Experience as a individual contributor as a lead for Brownfield Projects for areas in FICO like GL,AP,AR,AA
• Extensive SAP S4HANA Finance Management expert with solution design experience, preferable with accounts and finance background
• Knowledge of migration project activities and phases of the projects.
• Knowledge of data migration tools like migration cockpit, selection data migration and SLT integration.
• Experience of working into S4/HANA Capability for delivery of migration project.
• Strong knowledge of FICO integration with other modules of SAP
• Proven experience in configuring, testing and support SAP Finance solutions.
• Ability to lead the solutions design workshops, participate in design discussions, providing expertise on the SAP S4HANA Finance platform
• Work with the business users to understand the requirements and propose alternative solutions
• Hands on experience in Finance & Controlling and accounts.
• Hands-on experience on the following features of SAP S4HANA Finance and ability to do development and customizations, exposure in Integration with other modules like MM/SD/PS/PP/PM/IM.
• Knowledge in CFIN is added advantage.
• Strongs knowledge of custom development and strategies associated with the brownfield implementation projects.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing SAP S/4 Group Reporting is a plus
• Minimum two end-end implementation experience in S/4 HANA projects implementation experience.
• SAP Certification would be added advantage S/4 HANA or Lease Accounting (Trained)
• Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
• Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
• Candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:
• Unit Testing, Cycle Testing
• Integration Testing
• User Manual Preparation
• User Support activities
• Exposure to structured implementation methodologies like ASAP, Agile.
