We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Application Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP applications to meet the business needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, application architecture, and a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

As a manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Design and develop SAP applications to meet business requirements and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain SAP application and design documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide guidance to development teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
• Provide guidance to junior development team members.
• Performing lead / SME reviews and maintain the consistency in the quality of the deliverables
  
  

• Executing SAP S/4HANA migration projects from start to finish.
• Developing tailored migration approaches based on specific client needs and system landscapes.
• Proficiency in tools like SUM DMO (Software Update Manager Database Migration Option), SWPM (Software Provisioning Manager), and SAP LTMC (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
• Conducting thorough system assessments to evaluate readiness for migration.
• SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Designing and implementing strategies for extending SAP systems using SAP BTP, including CAP, RAP, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Establishing and enforcing development guidelines to ensure compliance with SAP Clean Core strategies.
• Strong RICEFW development techniques
• Reports (CDS Based reporting)
• Interfaces (OData, SAP APIs)
• Conversions (LTMC)
• Enhancements (Extensibility, BADIs)
• Forms (Adobe Forms)
• Workflows (BPA, Flexible workflows)
• Familiarity on the basic business processes with functional knowledge in areas like Finance, Logistics and HR
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Should have done at least 2 SAP End to end Implementation / Rollout projects.
  

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud computing and related technologies.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
