Join our dynamic Salesforce Platform team as a Salesforce Specialist, where you’ll work with members across many different countries in a primarily hybrid work environment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Sales and Service Cloud applications. Your expertise will ensure robust data flow through effective integration designs while maintaining compliance with our policies. This role is essential in maximizing our Salesforce investment and streamlining operations to drive strategic impact across the organization.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions for optimal performance.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance by implementing best practices and enhancements.
  • Manage data governance to ensure data integrity and compliance across systems.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce trends and technologies to drive innovation in our processes.
  • Communicate findings clearly with stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Tackle challenging projects that directly enhance customer experience and drive growth.
  • Play a key role in our digital transformation journey, delivering tangible business value.

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

  • Bachelors degree in science or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in Apex Programming, Visualforce
  • Lightning Framework
  • Salesforce APIs
  • SOQL, OAuth
  • RESTful Services, JavaScript

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Project Management
  • Analytical Thinking
