Educational Qualifications:** BE / B Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / M.E / MTech
Requirements
3+ years of experience with the Salesforce Platform, including a solid understanding of platform architecture, APIs, integration frameworks.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Consumer Goods TPM, including KPI and smartUI.
Over 3+ years of hands-on experience with SFDC, including LWC, Apex, Webservices, and integration frameworks.
Strong technical and functional skills in CG TPM to provide solutions and perform POCs on CG TPM.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, especially with LWC, is essential.
Experience in implementing solutions using Consumer Goods TPM, LWC and integration.
Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with Consumer Goods TPM Cloud.
Solid understanding of API-led architecture.
Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred.
Experience in code packaging and deployment across environments using DevOps tools.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce LDS would be an additional advantage.
Ability to address security complexities and design solutions that align with SFDC security models.
Maintain a comprehensive view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts related to configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
Lead user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address evolving business needs.
Conduct routine reviews of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long-term viability, integrity, and adoption.
Plan, estimate, design, develop, and execute automated processes for data creation, conditioning, sanitization, provisioning, and refreshing using tools like Flows.
Significant experience with proposal activities, including RFI/RFP analysis, RAID analysis, and resource and effort estimation for SFDC projects.
A minimum of 8+ Salesforce certifications is required; having an architect certification would be beneficial.
Additional Desired Skills
Responsible for evaluating, testing, and successfully implementing modifications and upgrades in Salesforce.
Regularly review releases from Salesforce.com and managed package apps to identify new features beneficial to end users.
Define, develop, and adhere to best practices in Salesforce.
Capable of managing data processes, including data loading, translation, hygiene, migration, and integration.
Proven ability to analyze technical processes strategically and understand inter-relationships.
Recommend optimal use and configuration of custom-built solutions to team members or customers.
Strong process orientation and expertise in SDLC.
Must demonstrate independent and creative thinking abilities.
