Role Summary

  • Role: Sales Executive
  • Experience: 0 -3 Years (preferred in the Dairy/FMCG sector)
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Department: Retail

Key Responsibilities

  • Find new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research

by adding new Distributors, MT partners, and Channel partners.

  • Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Present, Promote, and Sell our products/services to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Give product presentations and demos.
  • Share regular reports on sales, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  • Have basic knowledge of distributor operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Experience in FMCG or, preferably, the Dairy industry.
  • Understanding of sales numbers and ability to read sales data.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales methods.
  • Experience with retailer/distributor/agent management.
  • Good financial acumen and discipline.
