Job Description
- Experience of Sales & Marketing for the products viz. Machinery and Automation products like Controllers, Checkweigher, Bagging machine, Liquid filling machine, Weighing Softwares ,Industrial Pinters, Automation solutions, Material Handling,Pharma machinery etc.
- Having experience in weighing, Automation, OEM, food, Agro, Pharma/chemical.
- Having experience in. Identifying and developing new customers for long-term revenue growth.
- To provide growth in the existing market and to develop new market/customer(s) for product sales.
- Develop and Manage Key account of his/her territory.
- Relationship Management with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Ability to Track of Latest Developments in the Industry(Overall Market & Competitors)
- Mapping client’s requirements followed with a technical discussion with clients/OEM/ consultant & preparing techno-commercial offers in accordance with the specifications.
- Develop Budgets and sales strategies.
- Should be self-starter.
- Fair Understanding of Technical aspects of the equipment
- Should have Good Commercial Acumen – local language preferred
- Should have good Communication skills
- Eager and willing team player with a positive attitude who has the ability to work independently, or as part of the team.
- Planning & Achieving Sales / Collection Targets
