Job Description

  • Responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the assigned area of Sirsi, Karnataka.
  • Utilize strong customer handling skills to approach potential clients and convince them about the products/services offered by xxxxx.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the credit business to provide suitable solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service.
  • Utilize convincing power to negotiate and close deals with clients effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist customers with any queries, concerns, or after-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to arrange product displays, promotional activities, and marketing events in the region.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for xxxxx and uphold a positive image at all times.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong convincing power and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning about the credit business and adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned area of Sirsi, Karnataka and work on a flexible schedule.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
