We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Responsible Investment Specialist
Principal Responsibilities
Serve as the main port of call to answer global Responsible Investment related client queries and support client services/Request For Proposal /investment teams within inbound client related requests.
Support Request For Proposal and Responsible Investment teams with Request For Proposal opportunities, client queries, and maintenance/application of standard Request For Proposal content
Maintain and oversee the efficient workflow of Responsible Investment client related opportunities/request, to ensure timely response times as well as strong stakeholder engagement.
Provide key Management Information updates to Responsible Investment Specialist leadership to illustrate client trends, number and nature of requests and inform development areas to meet client expectations/requirements.
Support Responsible Investment specialists with key strategic projects including governance, value proposition development, inputs into maintenance and monitoring of portfolios and other related areas to support client development/experience.
Support key stakeholders/teams on relevant trainings, particularly as it relates to client related areas
Requirements
Strong writing, analytical skills and the ability to assess and interpret information across different tools/platforms for client use cases
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data/information into a client friendly formats and tools
Highly organized, experienced in planning workloads against the background of changing priorities and tight timelines
Strong project management skills, managing the prioritization of competing demands from different stakeholders across different jurisdictions with tight timeframe
Self-motivated/starter and learner with strong interest in sustainable investing. Enjoy working as part of a team, collaborating with different stakeholder.
Staying abreast of the fast- changing Responsible Investment environment both within and outside the firm
Ability train and upskill teams on Responsible Investment and client servicing requests
Ability to update Responsible Investment leadership of evolving client requirements to inform the evolution of our capabilities
Ability to work harmoniously and collaboratively with different stakeholder teams
Traditional assets (e.g. fixed income, listed equities, multi-assets, liquidity, etc) proposal management experience is preferred.
