What youll do?

• Providing support and managing a suite of specialized tools such as CodeBeamer, Windchill RV&S and Enterprise Architect in engineering requirements management.
• Conduct training sessions for users on the effective use of the requirements management tools where required and provide ongoing technical support.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance of requirements management tools to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently with the latest release.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the requirements management tools by involving the vendor when required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Triaging tickets between 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Provide feedback to management regarding user needs and system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.
• Work closely with development teams to identify and implement improvements or enhancements to CodeBeamer.
• Close collaboration with Engineering IT Infrastructure Manager to secure effective and performant application hosting.
• Generate reports on application usage, performance metrics, and support ticket trends to identify areas for improvement.
  
  
  

• Minimum of three years of CodeBeamer administration experience
• Windchill RV&S and Enterprise Architect administration experience is a plus
• IT skills such as Java, Apache Tomcat, MySQL, PostgreSQL and VMware
• ITIL Certification is a plus
• ServiceNow IT Service Management process experience
• Operating System experience: Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, Linux, preferred Ubuntu
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Proven effectiveness to bring groups of people together to achieve a goal
• Quick learner who easily adapts to ambiguous situations
• Strong relationship building skills
• MS Office skills
