We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (APAC) to lead customer acquisition and account growth in key fashion and textile markets across the region.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and outreach to deal negotiation and closure. You’ll work closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth while positioning GreenStitch as the go-to sustainability partner for fashion and textile enterprises.
This role is ideal for someone who has sold enterprise SaaS or sustainability solutions, understands fashion/textile operations, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closing enterprise accounts.
Identify and target high-value accounts within brands, manufacturers, and exporters in your assigned region.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with consistent pipeline growth and conversion.
Maintain accurate (HubSpot/Salesforce). forecasting, pipeline, and CRM hygiene
Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and sustainability teams.
Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on carbon management, ESG reporting, and decarbonization planning.
Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Research regional market trends, regulatory drivers, and sustainability initiatives to identify new opportunities.
Represent GreenStitch at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to strengthen brand visibility.
Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored regional campaigns and account-based outreach strategies.
Partner with the Sales Director to define regional growth strategies and account prioritisation.
Collaborate with Product and Carbon Science teams to align customer feedback with the product roadmap.
Qualifications
4–6 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in fashion, textile, or retail industries.
Proven track record in closing SaaS or technology-based enterprise deals.
Understanding of fashion supply chains, manufacturing ecosystems, or sustainability mandates.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in ESG, sustainability, or climate-tech domains.
Prior experience in a startup or early-stage environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Management, or related fields.
Regional exposure to South Asia / Southeast Asia markets.
