As a Marketing Associate, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting the execution of global marketing initiatives that enhance Lubrizol’s Fluid Engineering division’s visibility and engagement. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will assist in digital campaigns, content development, event coordination, and brand advocacy. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic marketing activities, allowing you to contribute to our global presence while building foundational skills that add value to the business. This role reports directly to the Global Marketing Manager - Lubrizol Fluid Engineering.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Coordinate with digital agencies for execution of global campaign and performance tracking.
Support content development across regions for social media, website blogs, email campaigns, and internal communications.
Provide creative support for product marketing collateral and visual assets along with operational assistance like vendor onboarding, PR creations and invoice processing.
Organize and manage logistics for trade shows, conferences, employee townhalls, other internal and/or customer events.
Identify opportunities for driving advocacy and PR efforts by supporting media outreach and press release coordination.
Assist in managing digital product and brand campaigns, including SEO/SEM and social media.
Liaise with product and technology teams across regions to develop technical documents, sell sheets, content for product collaterals like brochures, leaflets, corporate presentations.
Conduct competition analysis and generate insights to support strategic marketing decisions on optimizing our communications channels and the mix of print publications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with global marketing goals.
Work closely with regional sales teams and the Global labeling team to ensure the requests are fulfilled to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction
Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements): Education / Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Additional certifications in digital marketing or content creation are a plus
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Experience And Skills
Prior work experience is preferred, however not mandatory but any exposure to marketing, communications, or event management is beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with digital marketing tools, and strong analytical skills are essential.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment across regions and time zones.
Familiarity with digital marke ting tools / concepts / platforms (e.g., SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, campaign manager, website analytics).
Proficiency in basic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, global organization.
