About this opportunity:

RAN Solutions Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for providing detailed and deep technical knowledge in specific technologies, products and/or services/dimensioning while responding to the RFXs and supporting presales activities. Candidate should be self-driven and provide compelling / competitive solutions to win business for the respective products or services areas.

What you will do:

Subject Matter Expert in specific technologies, products/services/dimensioning.

Work closely with CU Network Solutions team in Market Areas to develop and build solutions meeting customer requirements.

Provide advice in preparation for solution life cycle management.

Participate in knowledge transfer and information sharing.

Ensuring impeccable deliverables while supporting Market Areas.

Effective communication towards internal/external stakeholders.

The skills you bring:

Preferred Experienced - Presales professional with over 5 years of expertise in Products, Solutions, and Operations within the telecommunications and technology sector.

Holds an academic degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent discipline.

Preferred experience includes working with Ericsson’s Radio Solutions, enhancing technical proficiency and understanding of cutting-edge radio access technologies.

Fluent in both written and spoken English, with a strong focus on delivering performance-driven, results-oriented solutions.

Highly analytical with strong consultative and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to extract actionable insights from market trends and technological evolution. Known for taking full ownership and responsibility for outcomes, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, and consistently contributing to team success.

Flexible and adaptable to change, with a passion for continuous learning. Actively fosters a knowledge-sharing culture to drive collective growth.
