About The Role

We are seeking a QA Engineer who will ensure the stability, accuracy, and performance of our platforms and tools. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to implement custom configurations, troubleshoot platform issues, and streamline support processes. This role is critical to keeping our systems running smoothly and securely for teams delivering impact on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure IVR systems and WhatsApp scheduling campaigns
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on platform enhancements
• Implement feature configurations and custom changes based on team needs
• Debug APIs, write test cases, and support platform performance
• Generate and maintain dashboards and ad-hoc reports
• Train internal teams on digital tools through SOPs and sessions
• Handle platform billing, invoicing, and vendor evaluation
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in QA or platform support
• Strong knowledge of Python or JavaScript scripting
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Hands-on with UAT, test planning, and platform customization
• Bonus: SQL, Kubernetes, deployment strategies
