As a Project Manager (PM) in Data Engineering, you will play a crucial role in managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Email & Task Management – Identify and track emails containing actionable requests or inquiries, ensuring they are logged in the tracker.
• Project Coordination – Organize and facilitate weekly meetings to review tracker items, workstream progress, and outstanding issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Engage the necessary teams and individuals for testing scenarios, meetings, and project discussions.
• Action Item Follow-ups – Maintain a record of action items and open questions, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.
• Vendor & Offshore Team Accountability – Oversee offshore vendor teams, ensuring adherence to testing requirements, defect resolution, and correct documentation management.
• Document Approval Management – Track the approval process, ensuring responsible individuals complete approvals on time.
• Process Enhancement – Improve the Open Items Tracker to allow easier categorization and prioritization.
• Testing Coordination – Manage and coordinate testing efforts between internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  
  

• Proven experience leading large support teams in data engineering applications.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in project and program management, with the ability to build and lead large teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  
  

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Familiarity with data engineering systems, workflows, and best practices
