About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Management Executive to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based projects across diverse business units.
In this role, you will work closely with Stakeholders such as technical delivery teams, account managers, and customers to ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional teams and driving cloud transformation projects using structured project management methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall, etc.). The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of technical knowledge (with exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and strong leadership and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration between internal teams and customer stakeholders.
This is a critical role that requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates sound judgement under pressure, and can influence without authority to keep projects moving forward successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and manage the full life cycle of cloud-based projects from initiation to successful delivery.
· Lead projects across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, ensuring alignment with customer goals, timelines, and budgets.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines; manage changes proactively to scope, resources, or timelines.
· Coordinate and align efforts between technical delivery teams, account managers, customers, and third-party vendors.
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
· Apply structured execution methodologies, leveraging Agile practices, planning tools, and strong risk and issue management.
· Foster continuous communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and trust.
· Measure and report project performance using relevant tools, KPIs, and metrics; escalate risks and blockers to leadership when needed.
· Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
· Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
· Exhibit ownership and initiative, resolving issues early and identifying opportunities for better outcomes.
· Keep a strong client-first approach, ensuring delivery excellence leads to measurable business value and customer success.
· Perform other related duties as required to support the overall success of the project and organization.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) with at least 1+ year in cloud-based projects
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
Good to Have:
· Project management certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
· Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
· Good to have any master’s degree.
