The Senior Recruiter in Engineering & Manufacturing plays a crucial role in identifying and hiring top-tier talent needed to drive the success of engineering and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill engineering and manufacturing staffing needs.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to document recruitment processes and candidate interactions.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment policies and practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to determine areas for improvement in hiring processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the recruitment market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering and manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with high effectiveness.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting processes.
