In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers as part of a Nokia VNO team. Majority of the work demand automation of the Network deployment for network like packet core network and Datacentres.

Challenging roles of real time network debugging and issue resolution for large scale networks

Subfamily Description

Software (SWA) comprises the definition, specification, and allocation of requirements from different sources utilising knowledge of systems engineering processes (specification & architecture). Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional description.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Understanding project requirements, contributing to the Automation of Network design
• Actively involved in troubleshooting production defects
• Supporting Change Request and Maintenance Windows as per customer requirements
• Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.
• Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.
• Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organisational unit into actionable measures.
• Applies and maintains quality standards. Participates in process and tools evolutions and improvements.
• Applies the SW Care process (especially emergency case handling) contributing when needed to the fastest problem restoration.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Overall 5-8+ years of relevant IT experience, in area of Software development and test Automation.
• Should have end to end working experience in Automation development in cloud native environment.
• Automation using Python, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Automation using TOSCA, mistral engine.
• Should have worked with tools like git, Jenkins for CI/CD. Have exp in DevOps framework is an advantage.
• OpenShift, Docker, Helm and container technology experience is essential
  
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Awareness of SQL is an additional advantage.
• Networking knowledge is added advantage.
