Job Description
Join the MN S&D SC AIO Engineering team as a Technical Project Manager, where youll lead the development of innovative 5G solutions like the Smart-Node, AIOSC Kolibri, and NCDP. Youll create and manage end-to-end solution schedules, engaging with various internal teams and negotiating deliverables to ensure timely customer commitments.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with customer and account teams, as well as R&D leads, driving successful project deliveries in a dynamic environment.
- Youll steer the development of our groundbreaking Smart Node Femto and All in One Small Cell Kolibri solutions, driving projects that enhance customer experience in Home, Enterprise, and Strand Mount applications.
- Youll play a key role in Release, Project Management, NPI, Quality, and Transformation initiatives, ensuring flawless operations and management.
- Engage with talented professionals who share a high-performance culture and a passion for telecom.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Minimum of 10 years of Telecom Experience
- 5+ years in Program or Project Management or NPI Project Management
- Proven experience managing complex solutions with multiple Network Elements
- Experience as a Security Project Manager with customer interactions
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or comparable major; Master’s degree preferred
- PMP certification desired
- Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
It would be nice if you also had:
- Technical understanding of 4G, 5G, and other related technologies
- Experience in the execution of Nokia Create Process
- Strong customer focus
