NOC - Level 2 | 2 - 3 YRS

  • Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco Routers. (Must to have)
  • Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco Catalyst , Nexus series of switches. (Must to have)
  • Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco WLAN controllers, Juniper Mist wireless.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical understanding of Networking concepts OSI, TCP and DNS, DHCP, IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP,
  • Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills in IPSec VPN technologies, DMVPN,FLEXVPN hands on if known will be (Good to have)
  • Network Security and related technologies, Firewalls, access and perimeter control, vulnerability management (Good to have)
  • Configuration and management of firewalls (FortiGate,Panorama & Cisco ASA ) (Good to have)
  • Candidate must have experience in LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
  • Provide incident response & resolution as part of the 24x7 Network Operations Center
  • Contact ISP service providers / Vendors in case of incidents and hands and feet support
  • Responsible for handling the Entire Network of a major Client.
  • Provide technical L2 level leadership within the technical team and Provide support to L1 level
  • Required to follow detailed change management and incident management processes
  • Communicate / Collaborate with other technical teams regarding Routing/Switching/Wireless issues
  • Work in a fast paced operations environment & Troubleshooting DC environment incidents
  • Good in communication and capable of handling inbound and outbound customer calls, which includes live network troubleshooting. Preferred NOC Skills with SD back Ground (Must to have)
  • Good in tools – PRTG, Zabbix, ServiceNow (Must to have)
  • Good to have knowledge of genesis platform to handle Inbound / Outbound Calls
  • Certification :CCNA (must to have)/ CCNP (good to have)
  • Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
  • Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time
  • Monitor open tickets
  • Location Bangalore
