Job Description

RtBrick is hiring a Member of Technical Staff – SRE (Infrastructure) to support its expanding DevOps and Engineering functions. This role focuses on Linux system administration, network infrastructure, and automation for highly available and scalable environments. The position is open in Bangalore and Europe locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Infrastructure: Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks to ensure security and performance.
• Linux Systems: Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers with focus on availability and efficiency.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee servers, storage, and networking; conduct capacity planning and manage disaster recovery processes.
• Automation: Automate infrastructure tasks with Bash, Python, or Go; implement config management with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Virtualization: Design, deploy, and manage virtualized systems using KVM or VMware.
• Containerization: Work with Docker and related tools.
• Monitoring & CI/CD: Maintain observability of infrastructure and build robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration, networking, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or Golang).
• Familiarity with Git, including branching and tagging workflows.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure management (CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus).
• Experience with virtualization platforms (KVM or VMware).
• Working knowledge of Docker and container lifecycle.
• Exposure to monitoring/logging tools and CI/CD ecosystems.
