Manager - Test QA

In your role as a QA Manager, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech IT Infrastructure function and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What You Do

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Project Manager with a strong background in automation testing, project leadership, and strategic test planning, particularly in the Retail eCommerce and Digital Platforms domain. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a hands-on expert in Test Automation tools such as TestComplete, Selenium, and Neoload.

Minimum 10+ years of QA Project Management experience.

Proven expertise in automation testing using TestComplete, Selenium, and Neoload.

Strong hands-on programming knowledge in Java.

Solid understanding of retail eCommerce domain and digital testing requirements.

Experience in building automation testing strategies and frameworks.

Expertise in software debugging, problem resolution, and test result analysis.

Ability to manage large teams, handle cross-functional communication, and lead delivery across multiple projects.

Desirable Skills

Exposure to Oracle POS (ORPOS) or similar retail tools.

Experience with data analysis in the context of QA.

Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques.

ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.

What We Ask For

Lead and manage end-to-end QA efforts across web, mobile (iOS), and desktop platforms.

Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, including functional, end-to-end, and API testing.

Develop and execute automation scripts using TestComplete, Selenium, and Java-based frameworks.

Oversee test planning, test execution, and defect management activities.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve testing issues and ensure quality outcomes.

Prepare and present test metrics and quality reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Drive innovation in QA by implementing modern automation solutions and tools.

Provide mentorship and leadership to the QA team, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
