Responsibilities

• Ensure all animations and designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifics.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in animation and design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Work with clients to interpret their ideas and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Deliver projects within set timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Revise and refine animations based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing new ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Prepare and format design files for production and distribution purposes.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Animator or Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in animation and design software such as Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, timing, and blending graphics seamlessly.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
