The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will lead the design and implementation of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem across the enterprise. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your knowledge to drive security-by-design and operational excellence while guiding engineers and stakeholders through complex migrations and adoptions. This role offers the chance to shape the future of collaboration and productivity tools, maintaining alignment with business outcomes and security posture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Drive security-focused strategies and operational excellence
  • Guide engineers and stakeholders through intricate migration processes
  • Confirm alignment of collaboration tools with business objectives
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Mentor junior team members in practices and methodologies

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • 4 to 8 years of overall IT experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365
  • Proven ownership of large M365 tenants
  • Subject-matter knowledge in Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance
  • Experience with cost optimization and license analytics
