Job Summary

As a Loan Servicing Specialist – Team Member within Loans group, you will be responsible for executing all assigned tasks while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role will involve working across a variety of processes, including Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, and external payments. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in performing Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation and to make a significant impact on our operations

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently meet established Quality & Quantity targets.
• Ensure full compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.
• Complete all servicing transactions within the SLA on the same day.
• Promptly follow up with upstream & downstream partners for any missing notifications.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of all documents.
• Identify process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  
  

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

• Willingness to work night shifts (North America Shift)
• Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a proven track record of delivery.
• Understanding of business financial statements and Real Estate loan operations.
• Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets.
• Ability to manage clients effectively, build partnerships, and lead while engaging with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet business objectives.
• Strong communication skills (Both written & verbal) with the ability to work independently on multiple assignments.
